Une fois la répartition effectuée, on obtient un tableau de ce type :
- Domaine / Macro-processus : Domaine stratégique 1 / Macro1 ; Logiciel A : 20 000€ ; Logiciel B : 10 000€ ; Infra X : 5 000€ ; Infra Y : 2 000€ ; Coût total : 37 000€
- Domaine / Macro-processus : Domaine stratégique 1 / Macro2 ; Logiciel A : 5 000€ ; Logiciel B : 5 000€ ; Infra X : 3 000€ ; Infra Y : 1 000€ ; Coût total : 14 000€
- Domaine / Macro-processus : Domaine support / Macro1 ; Logiciel A : 10 000€ ; Logiciel B : - ; Infra X : 2 000€ ; Infra Y : 1 000€ ; Coût total : 13 000€
- Domaine / Macro-processus : ... ; Logiciel A : ... ; Logiciel B : ... ; Infra X : ... ; Infra Y : ... ; Coût total : ...
On agrégera ensuite les totaux par domaine (stratégique, support, cœur) et par macro-processus.
Ce tableau, ou un équivalent sous forme de rapport, constitue le socle pour la prise de décision.
